2017 Find the Joy Challenge.
I've set myself a challenge for this year to find the joy in my own life again. I'm trying to bake once a week and write about my feelings as I go. You can read more by clicking the posts bellow. I'd love to see how you're finding your joy this year, get in touch and share your blog for me to follow or comment on my blog or on the Joyful Families Facebook page

Who can be a joyful family?
I 'googled' the dictionary definition of 'family' and was quite surprised it still says "two parents and their children who live together" seems like quite a narrow 1950s definition of what it means to be a family. So here's the Joyful Families definition of the word family: any number of people who love and care for each other through life's ups and downs. It's as simple as that for me, some families are big and some are as small as one pregnant mum-to-be, some are connected by blood others just by love but your family is just as valid and just as important as anyone's and at Joyful Families everyone is welcome.
